Maverick is the heart and soul of Habitat Commons. He's the first to welcome you in and the last to let you leave without a smile. Always making his rounds, Maverick keeps the energy light, the vibe welcoming, and most importantly makes sure he's well fed along the way.
We offer two main memberships: Community Membership starting at $250/month (1-year commitment) or $300/month (month-to-month), and Dedicated Office rentals starting at $500/month. Both include high-speed WiFi, complimentary coffee, tea, and spring water, and monthly credits for studios and conference rooms. Day passes are also available at $40/day with no commitment required.
No membership is required. Anyone can book our conference rooms (from $60/hour), podcast studio ($75/hour), or photography studios (from $50/hour). Members receive monthly credits equal to their membership cost that can be applied toward bookings.
We're located at 2609 Technology Drive, Suite 100, Plano, TX 75074 — just off PGBT near historic downtown Plano. Free parking is always available. We're easily accessible from Dallas, Richardson, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, and communities across the DFW Metroplex.
Public hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. Members enjoy extended access from 7am to 8pm every day, including weekends. Event space is available evenings and weekends with bookings until 4:00 AM.
Yes! Our event venue accommodates up to 200 guests starting at $150/hour with a 4-hour minimum. All-in packages range from $3,000 to $6,000. You're welcome to bring your own catering, DJ, photographer, and vendors — no preferred vendor requirements. Add-ons include an L-shaped wood bar, champagne wall, DJ stand, red carpet, tables and chairs, and additional event space.
No long-term lease required. Community Memberships are available on a 1-year commitment ($250/month) or month-to-month ($300/month). Dedicated offices are month-to-month with a 60-day written notice for cancellation. Day passes require no commitment at all.
All members and day pass holders enjoy high-speed WiFi, complimentary coffee, tea, and spring water, free parking, access to a fully equipped kitchen and lounge areas, mail handling services, and community events. Every Friday, we serve homemade birria or al pastor tacos for all members. Snacks and refrigerated drinks are also available for purchase.
